New Tech Support Team and Website

Hey Path Finder Users,

A few months ago we discovered that our tech support guy had skipped out on us and just disappeared leaving a huge backlog of unanswered support emails. After discovering this we immediately hired the best team of tech support professionals we could find to catch up on the backlog.

Unfortunately we are still in the process of catching up, but don’t worry, we’ll get back to you soon.

I want sincerely apologize for this mix up. We really let a lot of people down, and we hope you can forgive us. We now have the most amazing team to answer your emails. Just be patient.

If we lost your business and you canceled your purchase, we hope you will give us another chance.

We also updated the website. That too didn’t get the attention it deserved.
